Thank you for using DetectiveBoard.io. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid subscriptions to DetectiveBoard Premium.

1. Subscription Overview

DetectiveBoard Premium is billed through Stripe, using the payment method you provide at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Settings → Billing page.

  • Once cancelled, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
  • No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.

3. Refunds

Because DetectiveBoard Premium provides instant access to digital tools and AI features, we generally do not offer refunds after payment has been processed.

However, refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service.
  • Unauthorised transactions or fraudulent charges.
