This is representative of him crushing members of the cult while trying to destroy it. His goal is to ensure that justice is served and that LX and the cult are crushed. his is further enforced when the rest of the frame is shown and what appear to be a large group of rich, suited men (and cult members are presumably wealthy) are bleeding out on the ground, seemingly killed by JL
